All bookings are one way and on a first come first serve basis.
Bookings should be made a day or more before the intended datr of travel and cannot be made on the travel date.
Bookings are reserved when payments are made in full. Refunds can be made 24hrs before the intended date of travel but less kshs 500.
Switching the time/day of travel can only be made a day prior to the booked travel date.
Bookings apply for both persons and small packages.
Pick ups and drop off are only on the main/highway/tarmac roads.
Pick ups/Drop offs from JKIA incur an extra kshs 1000 cost and kshs 500 for wilson airport.
Pick ups/Drop offs past 10 kms from the CBD will incur an extra kshs 500.
A route planner app is used to determine the route to use to Pick/Drop a client(s).
